Individual Sessions:

$300 per 90 minutes

Sessions focus on applying the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to address trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-leadership, fostering holistic healing and personal growth.

Couple Sessions:

$400 per 90 minutes

Designed to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and resolve conflicts, these sessions integrate the IFS approach to relational dynamics.

Family Sessions:

$450 per 90 minutes

These sessions focus on fostering understanding, harmony, and growth within family systems, addressing patterns and dynamics that impact the group as a whole.

Package Offerings

Couples Therapy: 5 sessions for $1,800 (save $200)

Family Therapy: 5 sessions for $2,150 (save $100)

Speaking Engagements and Trainings

• Base Rate: $1,200 for a half-day (up to 4 hours).

• Full-Day Rate: $2,000 (up to 8 hours)

• Travel Fees: Additional fees may apply for travel outside Shelbyville, KY.

• Custom Packages: Tailored rates available for multi-day trainings or large group events. Contact me to discuss your organization's needs.
